Mainland UK Post & Packing Rates

A standard £4.00 charge is applied to book orders up to the value of £50.00 - orders over £50.00 qualify for FREE post and packing. (Please allow 7 working days for delivery)

Video and DVDs are charged at £1.50 for up to two videos/DVDs, £3.00 for three or more (this postage rate does not apply if video/DVD is ordered with books)

Post and packing rates to non-mainland UK areas such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Western Isles, Highlands and Islands, Kirkwall/Orkney, Shetland Isles, Channel Islands, Inverness/Isle of Skye, Isles of Scilly and BFPO - unfortunately due to the suspension of certain ParcelForce services to these areas - customers are asked to contact me for a quote for the delivery charge to these areas.

Overseas Post and Packing Rates

Surface Mail - A standard £5.00 charge is applied to orders up to the value of £35.00, 15% of the value of books from £35.01 - £150, 10% of the value of books over £150 (All surface mail parcels sent at customers own risk)

Videos and DVDs - £2.00 per video/DVD, £1.50 for each one after that

AIRMAIL RATES ON APPLICATION - as the cost of calculating this depends on the weight of the parcel.

You may order by post, telephone, fax, email or internet using Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Maestro credit/debit cards quoting the full card number, expiry date and in the case of Maestro cards the start from date or issue number, please remember to include the 3-digit security number on the signature strip.

I also accept payment by PayPal, bankers draft (£/Sterling), postal orders or cheques - please make bankers drafts/cheques/postal orders payable to Mill House Exhibitions Ltd

Cash (£/Sterling) is also accepted provided it is sent in a registered envelope

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, there is a 10-day limit in which you may return the goods, please contact me prior to this, in order that I may advise you of the correct procedure. 

Postage costs will only be re-imbursed should the item being returned having been sent in error, found to be faulty or received in a damaged condition.

Postage costs will not be re-imbursed if the item was purchased in error, or disappointing in content.

NOTE

All titles, specifications and prices are provisional and may be subject to change (this applies mainly to forthcoming titles)

All videos/DVDs are sold on a 'fim-sale basis' - if they are found to be faulty they can be only be exchanged for the same title, an alternative will only be supplied should the original be unavailable
